OUR TEAM

The Flo Team is made up of highly qualified and experienced professionals, each bringing their unique skill set to the game to provide you with comprehensive treatment for the best possible outcomes.

Our specialist team includes Sports Physiotherapists, IMS practitioners, Manual Therapists and Pilates Therapists. Beyond post-graduate training, we like to keep up with the latest therapy techniques and certifications, such as Dry Needling and Acupuncture.

Our goal is for you to spend less time with us and more time doing what you love. Don’t get us wrong, we love treating our clients and helping you move better, it’s just that we measure our success by how often we see you passing us on the trails or paddling on the lake, as opposed to visits in our clinic.

Also bring the following:

  3. A list of all current medications and doses (even if it is not related to the problem)

  4. A list of any allergies (if known)

WHAT TO WEAR

Bring along comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a tank top, that would allow us to easily access the area being treated. If required, you can make use of our changing facilities prior to your consultation.

WHAT TO EXPECT
