Nadia Hudon

Occupational Therapist

Nadia’s passion for exploring, learning, and making new connections has shaped her personal and professional paths. She grew up in Quebec and, in 2004, she left “la Belle Province” to live and work in Latin America, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Polynesia and the Caribbean. It was through her global travels that she met her husband. In 2014, she and her husband – along with their two children – moved to the Okanagan Valley, which they now consider their home. Nadia has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist ever since. Nadia loves living in Penticton where she is involved in local mountain biking, trail running and Nordic skiing communities. When she is not working, you can find Nadia with her family and friends in the mountains – whether skiing at Nickel Plate Nordic Centre, mountain biking the Three Blind Mice trail system, or trail running at Skaha Bluffs. Her passion for Penticton and all the great activities it has to offer inspired Nadia to empower the wellbeing of our community in partnership with Greg. Flo Physio is exactly where Nadia would go to receive cutting edge treatment in order to keep her healthy and on the trails.
